Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-dairy is fine too!)
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water (regular or unsweetened coconut) if needed for consistency. Enjoy!

Notes

Fresh or frozen berries or banana are ok. When looking at non-dairy yogurt options, opt for one with no added sugar and some protein, soy is an excellent choice.
